摘 要:近几年来生物医药产业已成为国家的重点发展战略,而技术预见和关键技术选择是制定和实施技术战略的重要手段。采用文献分析和德尔菲法,对辽宁省重点生物医药产业进行技术遴选,从技术的重要度、发展前景、发展程度、预期实现时间等指标进行分析,得出蛋白组学研究技术等7项重要发展技术,并提出相应的发展建议和策略,进而提升区域生物医药产业的整体科技竞争力,增加生物医药总产值,实现产业升级和区域综合需求协调发展的目标。In recent years,the biomedical industry has become a national key development strategy,and technology foresight and key technology selection are important means to formulate and implement technology strategy.By means of literature analysis and Delphi method,the technology selection of key biomedical industries in Liaoning Province was carried out,and seven important development technologies,such as proteomics technology,were obtained from the analysis of the importance of technology,development prospects,development degree and expected time of realization.The corresponding development suggestions and strategies were put forward to enhance the overall scientific and technological competitiveness of regional biomedical industries.To increase the total output value of biomedicine and achieve the goal of coordinated development of industrial upgrading and regional comprehensive needs.
