中西医结合治疗慢性脂肪肝、酒精肝50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药降酶汤加西医常规护肝治疗慢性脂肪肝、酒精肝的临床疗效。方法:选取接受治疗的50例慢性脂肪肝、酒精肝患者选为实验的观察对象,并且按照数字分配法将全部患者分成对照组与研究组。对照组患者接受常规药物治疗,研究组患者接受中药降酶汤加西医常规护肝治疗。比较两组患者的治疗情况,检测两组患者的肝功能、血脂、肝纤维化水平。结果:研究组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组,研究组患者各项指标水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药降酶汤加西医常规护肝治疗,有效改善了患者的肝功能,提高了患者的生活质量,同时优化临床疗效,有利于构建和谐的医患关系。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Jiangenzymatic Decoction plus routine liver protection in western medicine on chronic fatty liver and alcoholic liver.Methods:50 patients with chronic fatty liver and alcoholic liver were selected as experimental subjects,and all patients were divided into control group and research group.The patients in the control group received routine drug treatment,while the patients in the study group received traditional Chinese medicine Jiangenzymatic Decoction plus routine western medicine for liver protection.The treatment status of the two groups was compared,and the liver function,blood lipid and liver fibrosis level of the two groups were detected.Result:The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group;the level of each index of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine Jiangenzymatic Decoction plus routine western medicine liver protection treatment can effectively improve the liver function of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,optimize the clinical efficacy,and be used to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,which has a certain value of wide promotion.
