摘  要:随着光伏电池行业的快速发展,为了让学生能够更加直观地了解到光伏电池性能的优劣,为学生创建一项基于单片机的光伏电池数据采集实验装置,提出了一种检测光伏电池转换效率的教学实验装置,包括数据采集和数据处理及结果显示两部分,可以准确测出随光强变化时光伏电池的输出特性曲线及光电转换效率,具有拓展性高运行稳定等特点,实验装置采用51系列芯片,简单易学,学生能够轻松上手,对于单片机教学具有积极促进作用。With the rapid development of the photovoltaic cell industry,in order to enable students to more intuitively understand the performance of photovoltaic cells,a student-created photovoltaic cell data acquisition experimental device based on single-chip microcomputer,the article proposed a detection of photovoltaic cell conversion efficiency teaching experimental device,experimental device including data acquisition and data processing and results display two parts,can accurately measure the output characteristic curve and conversion efficiency of photovoltaic cells with light changes,with extended high stability and other characteristics,the experimental device uses 51 series.The chip is easy to learn,and students can easily get started,which has a positive effect on the teaching of single-chip microcomputer.
