摘　　要：紧紧围绕新时代中国特色社会主义建设对于高校人才培养的新要求,着力对高校经管类实验教学体系改革进行系统性探索。通过优化整合实验教学内容,改革创新实验教学方法和手段,逐步构建起分层次、多模块的实验教学体系,创建起开放、互动、合作的实验教学与创新创业实践基地教学相结合的经管类专业实验教学创新模式,激发了学生学习兴趣,强化了学生的实践能力和创新意识,应用型创新人才培养取得显著成效。Focusing on the new requirement of the construction of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a new era,this article demonstrates the systematical reforms on the experimental teaching of economics and management from the School of Economics and Management of colleges and universities.Through optimizing and combining the content of experimental teaching,and reforming and innovating the methods and means of experimental teaching,school establishes multilevel and multi-module experimental teaching system,as well as school creates innovative model of economics and management s professional experimental teaching with open,interactive and cooperative experimental teaching combines with innovative and entrepreneurial practical base teaching.This inspires the students interest in learning,also strengthens the students’practical ability and innovative consciousness.The developing of application-oriented and innovative talents has achieved significant effect.
