摘　　要：目的探究盐酸氟桂嗪治疗无先兆偏头痛的近期疗效及对不良反应发生率的影响观察。方法选取本院2017年10月至2018年10月收治的86例无先兆偏头痛患者,按照数字随机的方式,将所有患者平均分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组所应用的治疗药物为通心络胶囊,观察组患者所应用的治疗药物为盐酸氟桂嗪胶囊,对比两组患者在治疗效果以及治疗后主要观察指标症状积分情况。结果观察组的治疗效果为95.35%,对照组的治疗效果为69.77%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的头痛强度、发作次数、持续时间均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氟桂嗪治疗无先兆偏头痛的近期疗效及不良反应发生率影响观察效果明显,保证能够为今后的相关研究提供借鉴。Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of flunarizine hydrochloride in the treatment of migraine without aura and the incidence of adverse reactions.Methods Eighty-six patients were enrolled in patients with migraine without aura.All cases were selected from October 2017 to October 2018 in our hospital.All patients were equally divided into two groups according to the numerical randomization method,including observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The therapeutic drug used in the control group was Tongxinluo capsule,and the therapeutic drug used in the observation group was flunarizine hydrochloride capsule.The therapeutic effect and the symptom scores of the main observation indicators after treatment were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was 95.35%,and the therapeutic effect of the control group was 69.77%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intensity of headache,the number of episodes and duration of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The short-term effect and incidence of adverse reactions of flunarizine hydrochloride in the treatment of migraine without aura are obvious,and it can be used as a reference for future research.
