宫腔镜电切术治疗Ⅱ型子宫黏膜下肌瘤两种切除方法对生殖预后的影响

摘　　要：目的观察宫腔镜电切术治疗Ⅱ型子宫黏膜下肌瘤两种切除方法对生殖预后的影响。方法本院2016年5月至2017年5月接收的78例Ⅱ型子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者为本次研究对象,所有患者均行宫腔镜电切术,按照术式不同将所有患者分为对照组(39例:传统电切除术)与实验组(39例:双极电切除术),比较两组患者预后。结果实验组患者术中出血量、膨宫液用量均少于对照组,且住院时间短,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者术后并发症发生率(5.13%)明显少于对照组(17.45%)(P<0.05)。实验组患者术后3个月复诊总有效率(100.00%)明显高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者妊娠率明显高于对照组(61.54%vs.46.15%)(P<0.O5)。结论对于Ⅱ型子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者行双极电切除术治疗效果明显优于传统电切除术。Objective To observe the effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy on reproductive prognosis of type Ⅱ submucosal myoma.Methods 78 patients with type Ⅱ submucosal myoma underwent hysteroscopy from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the subjects.All patients were divided into control group(39 cases:traditional electrosurgical excision)and experimental group(39 cases:bipolar electrosurgical excision),and the prognosis was compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding and the amount of uterine enlargement fluid in the experimental group were less than those in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group(5.13%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.45%)(P<0.05).The total effective rate(100.00%)of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 3 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(61.54%vs.46.15%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Bipolar electrosurgical excision for type Ⅱ submucous myoma of uterus is better than traditional electrosurgical excision.
