摘  要:目的探讨血清脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)和S100-β蛋白水平与儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)的相关性。方法选取2017年3月至2018年3月在本院就诊的52例ADHD患儿,根据病情分为3组:以注意力缺陷为主(PIT)组、多动-冲动为主(HIT)组以及混合型(CT)组,同时选取体检儿童30例作为对照组,分别检测血清BDNF和S100-β水平,并结合ADHD患儿临床资料进行分析。结果ADHD组儿童血清BDNF水平显著高于对照组儿童,S100β水平显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中HIT组儿童血清BDNF水平高于PIT组和CT组儿童,CT组血清S100β水平低于PIT组和HIT组儿童,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清BDNF和S100β蛋白水平对儿童ADHD的诊断有一定参考性。Objective To investigate the correlation of serum brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and S100βprotein level with children's attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods 52 children with ADHD in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were divided into three groups:attention deficit based(PIT),hyperactivity impulsiveness predominant(HIT)and mixed type(CT),and 30 healthy children were selected as control group.The level of serum BDNF and S100βin children was detected and the correlation with ADHD was analyzed.Results The BDNF level in ADHD group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the serum S100βlevel was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The level of serum BDNF in HIT group was higher than that in PIT group and CT group,and the level of serum S100βin CT group was lower than that in PIT group and HIT group.Conclusion The level of serum BDNF and S100βprotein has certain reference value for the diagnosis of ADHD in children.
