中医穴位推拿乳房配合中药辨证治疗急性乳腺炎的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中医穴位推拿乳房配合中药辨证治疗急性乳腺炎的效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年1月100例急性乳腺炎患者。随机分组,两组均给予青霉素800万单位。青霉素过敏史的用第三代头孢2.0。每天1次静点,5 d为1个疗程。对照组采取中医穴位推拿乳房治疗,中医综合干预组则采取中医穴位推拿乳房+中药辨证治疗。比较两组疾病疗效;急性乳腺炎疼痛、肿胀、发热消失时间;治疗前后患者C反应蛋白和白细胞计数等炎性指标水平;不良反应。结果中医综合干预组疾病疗效、急性乳腺炎疼痛、肿胀、发热消失时间、C反应蛋白和白细胞计数等炎性指标水平相比较对照组更好,P<0.05。中医综合干预组和对照组不良反应相似,P>0.05。结论中医穴位推拿乳房+中药辨证治疗急性乳腺炎效果好。Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine acupoint massage breast combined with Chinese medicine dialectical treatment of acute mastitis.Methods 100 cases of acute mastitis in our hospital.In random groups,each group gave 8 million units of penicillin.The control group adopted Chinese medicine acupuncture points to massage breast treatment,and the Chinese medicine integrated intervention group adopted Chinese medicine acupuncture points to massage breast+Chinese medicine dialectical treatment.Comparison of two groups of disease curative effect;acute mastitis pain,swelling,fever disappeared time;inflammatory markers such as C-reactive protein and white blood cell count before and after treatment;adverse reactions.Results The inflammatory index of the Chinese medicine comprehensive intervention group,the acute mastitis pain,swelling,fever disappearance time,C-reactive protein and white blood cell count were better than the control group,P<0.05.The adverse reactions of the TCM comprehensive intervention group and the control group were similar,P>0.05.Conclusion Chinese medicine acupoint massage breast+Chinese medicine dialectical treatment of acute mastitis effect is good.
