摘　　要：随着互联网的发展,高校信息化建设步伐加快,本文针对开放大学办学特点,提出在“互联网+”背景下应用好收费平台的同时,合理利用好微信、支付宝等资源,采用多种收费方式,从而提高收费质量和效率。With the development of Internet and the acceleration of information construction in colleges and universities,it was proposed that the charging platform should be applied well under the Internet,and the resources such as WeChat and Alipay could be reasonably applied in view of the characteristics of the open university.A variety of charging methods was adopted,so the quality and efficiency of charging were improved.
