摘　　要：实践教学环节是土木工程专业教学中非常重要的组成部分,对高素质、应用型人才的培养有着不可替代的作用。实践教学质量直接决定学生毕业后能否快速适应复杂的工程工作。目前,我国高校土木工程专业实践教学过程中仍存在一系列亟待解决的问题,难以充分满足应用型人才培养目标需求。本文在分析传统实践教学环节存在问题的基础上,探究了相关教学改进对策。Practical teaching is a very important part of civil engineering teaching and plays an irreplaceable role in training high-quality and applied talents.The quality of practical teaching directly determines whether students can adapt to complex engineering work quickly after graduation.At present,there are still a series of problems to be solved in the practical teaching of civil engineering major in colleges and universities in China,which are difficult to fully meet the needs of the training objectives of applied talents.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the traditional practical teaching,this paper explores the improvement countermeasures.
