东方管理理论视角下“华商管理学”课程教学方法改革探讨

摘　　要：党的十九大报告中,习近平总书记要求深入挖掘中华优秀传统文化蕴含的思想观念,让中华文化展现出永久魅力和时代风采。复旦大学首席教授苏东水先生创立的东方管理学,继承了中华优秀传统文化的精髓,并将其注入管理实践中,具有丰富的管理智慧和内涵。上海工程技术大学东方管理本科专业作为部分“985”重点高校东方管理硕博一体式人才培养模式的补充,致力于构建特色鲜明的东方管理本科教育人才培养平台,面向政府以及企事业单位的人才需求,培养适应21世纪多元文化的国际型管理人才。作为东方管理专业的核心课程“,华商管理学”需要结合新时代的新精神,进行开拓创新。In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,President Xi Jinping requested to dig deep into the ideological concepts contained in the fine traditional Chinese culture,so that Chinese culture can show its permanent charm and modern style.Oriental Management,founded by Mr.Su Dongshui,the chief professor of Fudan University,has rich management wisdom and connotation in the practice of inheriting the essence of Chinese excellent traditional culture.The undergraduate major of Oriental Management in Shanghai University of Engineering Science,as a supplement to the master-doctor integrated talent training mode of Oriental Management in some key universities,is dedicated to building a distinctive talent training platform for the undergraduate education of Oriental Management,so as to cultivate international management talents adapted to the multicultural background of the 21st century facing the needs of the government and enterprises.As the core course of the Oriental Management major,“Chinese Business Management”needs to be innovated combined with the new spirit of the new era.
