摘　　要：分析确定型、预期型和潜在型利益相关者对医师多点执业的需求及其利益损益,揭示各利益主体在医师多点执业政策中的推动和阻碍作用,并提出利益平衡和风险分担策略,为推动医师多点执业政策提供参考依据。The demand,profit and loss of definitive stakeholders,expectant stakeholders,and potential stakeholders were analyzed to reveal the role of different stakeholders in the promotion or opposition to the multi-sited practice of phy sicians.Meanwhile,interest balance and risk sharing strategies have been proposed in order to provide reference for pro moting the multi-sited practice of physicians.
