摘  要:采用回顾性研究方法,对首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院2017年1月2018年12月上级部门转办的信访资料进行统计分析,特别是针对北京市医药分开综合改革后,结合新时期信访形势的变化,总结了现阶段医院信访的特点,分析医院在信访闭环管理工作与网络舆情处理中存在的问题,并提出相应对策。The retrospective study was conducted.The data of the petition letters transferred by the superior depart ments to Beijing Anzhen Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January,2017 to December,2018 were collected.The paper summarized the new characteristics of hospital petition system since the comprehensive reform of Beijing medical industry.Through combining with the changes of petition situation in the new era,the existing problems of closed-loop management and public sentiment of petition letter in hospital were analyzed.The countermeasures were proposed.
