南京地区部分3岁儿童乳牙龋及其家庭口腔保健情况浅析

摘　　要：目的:调查南京地区部分3岁儿童乳牙龋状况及其家庭口腔保健情况,为乳牙龋防治提供策略。方法:随机抽取2018年~2019年南京市妇幼保健院儿童保健科体检的719名3岁儿童为调查对象,进行龋齿检查,并对儿童家长进行问卷调查,对乳牙龋的易感因素进行χ^2检验和logistic回归分析。结果:719名受检儿童的乳牙患龋率为31.85%,龋均为1.08±3.70,χ^2检验显示口腔健康教育、断奶时间、嚼食喂养、夜间进食、刷牙时间、父母的儿童口腔保健知识与乳牙龋的发病相关(P<0.05)。最终进入logistic回归模型的因素为断奶时间、夜间进食及父母的儿童口腔保健知识。结论:3岁儿童乳牙龋发病率较高,培养科学的饮食习惯,养成良好的口腔卫生习惯,提高家长的口腔保健意识,能有效地预防乳牙龋的发生。Objective:To investigate the prevalence of primary teeth caries among 3-year-old children in Nanjing and their family oral health care status,and provide the scientific strategy for preventing dental caries.Methods:The sampling method was random in this study.A total of 719 children aged 3 years from Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University were selected in the survey,caries check was carried out by a dentist and the questionnaire were completed by parents.The risk factors of dental caries were analyzed by Chi-square test and Logistic regression.Results:The prevalence of dental caries was 31.85%,and the mean dmft was 1.08±3.70.The key factors for dental caries included oral health education,weaning time,chewing feeding,eating at night,time of brushing and oral health knowledge of parents.Logistic regression was performed,variables remained in the final model were weaning time,eating at night and oral health knowledge of parents.Conclusions:The prevalence of primary teeth caries is high among 3 years old children.Culturing scientific dietary habits and good oral hygiene habits,meanwhile,strengthening parents’oral health consciousness are very effective for preventing primary teeth caries.
