摘　　要：目的:探讨ENA多肽抗体谱在自身免疫性疾病患者中的表达及与T淋巴细胞水平的相关性研究。方法:选取我院2016年11月至2017年11月确诊为自身免疫性疾病患者100例作为研究组,选取同期来我院进行健康体检人员40例作为对照组,对两组人员的ENA多肽抗体检测率及T淋巴细胞的表达进行分析。结果:研究组患者ENA多肽抗体阳性率检测结果均较高,同时均能检测出两种及两种以上自身抗体,研究组患者的血清中均包含多种自身抗体,说明ENA抗体含有对应的疾病抗体谱。结论:由于自身免疫性疾病的临床表现变化多样,加大了对早期诊断的困难,而ENA多肽抗体的检测重复性好、无需特殊设备、用血量少、特异性好、省时、操作简便,又可对多种自身抗体进行同时过筛和识别,有利于对患者早期诊断,对后续治疗有很大帮助,值得临床应用推广。Objective:To investigate the expression of ENA polypeptide antibody spectrum in patients with autoimmune diseases and its correlation with T lymphocyte level.Methods:A total of 100 patients diagnosed with autoimmune diseases from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected as the study group,and 40 healthy medical personnel from our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The detection rate of ENA polypeptide antibody and the expression of T lymphocytes of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The positive rate of ENA polypeptide antibody was significant in the study group.At the same time,two or more autoantibodies were detected.The serum of the study group contained a variety of autoantibodies,indicating that the ENA antibody contained the corresponding disease antibody spectrum.Conclusion:Because of the clinical manifestations of autoimmune disease variety,increase the difficulty of early diagnosis,and the ENA polypeptide antibody detection repeatability,no special equipment,less YongXieLiang time,simple operation,good specificity,but also for a variety of autoantibodies to sieving and recognition at the same time,is beneficial to the patients with early diagnosis,is of great help to the follow-up treatment,worth clinical promotion.
