岩黄连注射液联合TACE对中晚期肝癌患者免疫功能和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察岩黄连注射液联合肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)对中晚期肝癌患者免疫功能和生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月收治的中晚期肝癌患者110例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组55例。2组均给予TACE治疗,治疗组在TACE基础上加用岩黄连注射液治疗。观察2组淋巴细胞亚群(CD^+3、CD^+4、CD^+8、CD^+4/CD^+8、NK)、免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgM、IgG)、补体C3、C4、红细胞免疫功能指标(RBC-C3bRR、RBC-ICR)、血清Th1/Th2细胞因子[白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、重组人干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10]及生活质量。结果2组治疗前CD^+3、CD^+4、CD^+8、CD^+4/CD^+8、NK、IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4、RBC-C3bRR、RBC-ICR、IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后CD^+3、CD^+4、CD^+4/CD^+8、NK、IgG、IgA、IgM、RBC-C3bRR、IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α均明显高于治疗前,CD^+8、C3、C4、RBC-ICR、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组CD^+3、CD^+4、NK、CD^+4/CD^+8、IgG、IgA、IgM、RBC-C3bRR、IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α高于对照组,CD^+8、C3、C4、RBC-ICR、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和治疗组生活质量改善率分别为52.73%、81.82%,治疗组生活质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论岩黄连注射液联合TACE治疗中晚期肝癌疗效确切,能够显著增强患者免疫功能,改善患者生活质量。Objective To observe the effects of Corydalis saxicola Bunting injection combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)on the immune function and life quality of patients with advanced liver cancer.Methods A total of 110 patients with advanced liver cancer who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into treatment group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were treated by TACE,on this basis,the patients in treatment group were treated by Corydalis saxicola Bunting injection.The lymphocyte subsets including CD^+3,CD^+4,CD^+8,CD^+4/CD^+8 and NK,immunoglobulins(IgA,IgM and IgG),complement(C3 and C4),red blood cell immune indexes(RBC-C3bRR and RBC-ICR),serum Th1/Th2 cytokines(IL-2,IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-4,IL-6 and IL-10)and life quality of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before treating,there were no significant differences in CD^+3,CD^+4,CD^+8,CD^+4/CD^+8,NK,IgG,IgA,IgM,C3,C4,RBC-C3bRR,RBC-ICR,IL-2,IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-4,IL-6 and IL-10 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment the levels of CD^+3,CD^+4,CD^+4/CD^+8,NK,IgG,IgA,IgM,RBC-C3bRR,IL-2,IFN-γand TNF-αwere significantly increased in both groups,however,the levels of CD^+8,C3,C4,RBC-ICR,IL-4,IL-6 and IL-10 were significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05).Moreover the levels of CD^+3,CD^+4,CD^+4/CD^+8,NK,IgG,IgA,IgM,RBC-C3bRR,IL-2,IFN-γand TNF-αin treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group,but the levels of CD^+8,C3,C4,RBC-ICR,IL-4,IL-6 and IL-10 in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The life quality improvement rate in treatment group was 81.82%,which was superior to that(52.73%)in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Corydalis saxicola Bunting injection combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in treatment of advanced liver cancer has definite therapeutic effects,which can effectively enhance the immune function and i
