中风回春片联合运动疗法治疗老年脑梗死失能患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中风回春片联合运动疗法治疗老年脑梗死后失能患者的临床疗效。方法连续入选2017年9月至2018年9月神经内科及老年科收治的老年急性脑梗死后失能患者90例。将患者随机分为对照组、治疗组和联合组,每组30例。对照组常规使用阿司匹林或氯吡格雷、阿托伐他汀钙片用于卒中后2级预防治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中风回春片治疗,联合组在治疗组基础上加用运动疗法。治疗时间4周。比较4周后3组患者健侧手握力、6 m步行速度、5次起坐时间、3 m起立-行走时间、用力肺活量、神经功能缺损(NHISS)评分和日常生活能力评定量表(Barthel Index,BI)的差异。结果治疗4周后,联合组患者健侧手握力、6 m步行速度、5次起坐时间、3 m起立-行走时间、用力肺活量、NIHSS评分和BI评分明显优于治疗组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗期间无明显不良反应发生。结论在常规卒中2级预防治疗的基础加用中风回春片并联合运动疗法能明显改善老年脑梗死失能患者的肌肉力量、躯体平衡状态以及用力肺活量,从而能够改善患者的生活质量,提高患者日常生活能力水平。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects of Zhongfenghuichun tablet combined with exercise therapy in treatment of the disability after cerebral stroke in elderly patients.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with partial disables after acute cerebral infarction were divided into control group,treatment group and combination treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by aspirin and atorvastatin conventionally,and the patients in treatment group,on the basis of control group,were treated by Zhongfenghuichun tabalets,however,the patients in combination treatment group,on the basis of treatment group,were treated by exercise therapy,with a treatment course of 4 weeks for the three groups.After treatment,the grasp strength,6-metres walking test velocity,5-chair rising time,3-metre get-up and walking time,forced vital capacity(FVC),NHISS score and Barthel index score were observed and compared maong the three grousp.Results After 4-week treatment,the grasp strength,6-meter walking velocity,5-chair rising time,3-meter get-up and walking time,FVC,NHISS scores and Barthel index scores in combination treatment group were significantly better than those in treatment group and control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were found in the three groups.Conclusion The combination application of Zhongfenghuichun tabalets and exercise therapy on the basis of routine level 2 prophylactic treatment in treatment of the disability after cerebral infarction in elderly patients can significantly improve the muscle strength,body balance,FVC,so as to improve the life quality of patients and improve the daily living ability of patients.
