摘　　要：癌症复发恐惧是癌症幸存者最常见的心理问题之一,其严重影响了癌症幸存者的身心健康。本文通过对癌症幸存者复发恐惧的癌症复发恐惧感的概念,癌症复发恐惧的流行现状及影响,相关理论模型,测量工具,影响因素,干预措施几方面对癌症幸存者的复发恐惧研究现状进行综述,以期为癌症幸存者癌症复发恐惧的进一步研究提供依据。Fear of cancer recurrence is one of the most common psychological problems of cancer survivors,it influences the physical and mental health of cancer survivors.The article reviews the concept of the fear of cancer recurrence among cancer survivors,the epidemic situation and influence,related theoretical model,measuring tool,the influencing factors,and intervention measures,in order to provide a basis for the further study on the fear of cancer recurrence among the cancer survivors.
