摘　　要：通过正己烷振荡提取烟用水基胶中的2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇二异丁酸酯(TXIB),采用气相色谱-质谱/选择离子监测法分析烟用水基胶中的TXIB,内标法定量.结果表明:方法的线性相关系数为0.999 7,检出限为0.75μg/mL,RSD为1.78%,回收率在95.3%~103.1%之间,说明方法的线性良好、检出限低、重复性好、准确性高,适于烟用水基胶中TXIB的测定.2,2,4-Trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol diisobutyrate(TXIB)was extracted from the water-borne adhesives for cigarette by n-hexane with oscillation,and analyzed by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry under a selected ion monitoring mode,and quantitatively analyzed using an internal standard method.The results showed that the calibration curves of TXIB exhibited good linear relations(R 2>0.999)with the limit of detection of 0.75μg/mL.The recoveries ranged from 95.3%to 103.1%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)of the method was below 2%.This method is suitable for the analysis of TXIB in water-based emulsion adhesives for cigarette.
