摘  要:目的探讨基于思维导图的PBL与CBL双轨教学在妇产科护士分层培训中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月我院妇产科参训护理人员350名,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取传统教学,观察组采取基于思维导图的PBL与CBL双轨教学。比较两组护理人员的培训考核成绩。结果观察组护理人员的理论知识、操作技能成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于思维导图的PBL与CBL双轨教学在妇产科护士分层培训中的应用,能强化培训效果,提高考核成绩。Objective To explore the application effect of PBL and CBL dual track teaching based on mind mapping in stratified training of obstetrics and gynecology nurses.Methods To select 350 nursing staff from the department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group adopted traditional teaching.The observation group adopted the PBL and CBL dual track teaching based on mind mapping.Comparing the training performance scores of nursing staff in the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL and CBL dual-track teaching based on mind map in the stratified training of obstetrics and gynecology nurses could strengthen the training effect and improve the test results.
