摘 要:为解决在真空环境下不同信号天线的转换机构操作复杂、定位精度低、成本高等问题,通过调查研究国内外真空环境下不同信号天线的三自由度转换机构,紧凑化设计了不同信号天线实现空间三个自由度转换的机构,建立机构的运动模型,并对机构的运动规律进行分析,为机构设计所需的工作参数和结构设计参数提供理论依据;最后利用仿真软件获得末端件的变化曲线。仿真结果表明此设计的空间三自由度转换机构提高了定位精度,满足试验要求,表明提出的新机构具有可适用性。In order to solve the problems of complex operation,low positioning accuracy and high cost of the conversion mechanism for different signal antennas in vacuum environment,By investigating and studying the three-degree-of-freedom conversion mechanism of different signal antennas in vacuum environment at home and abroad,compactly designed the three-degree-of-freedom conversion mechanism of different signal antennas in space,established the motion model of the mechanism,and analyzed the motion law of the mechanism,which provided the theoretical basis for the working parameters and structural design parameters required for the mechanism design;finally,the simulation software was used.The simulation results show that the proposed three-degree-of-freedom spatial transfer mechanism improves the positioning accuracy and meets the test requirements,indicating the applicability of the new mechanism.
