中药药剂师在医院合理使用中药方面的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨中药药剂师在医院合理使用中药方面的作用。方法随机选取2017年4月—2018年4月106例患者,两组患者采用数字分组法,分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者常规药物管理,观察组患者接受中药药剂师管理,对比两组患者在不同的干预方式下,两组患者的药学满意度、药物费用以及中药处方使用合理率。结果观察组患者的药物使用费用低于对照组患者,药学满意度以及中药处方使用合理率高于对照组患者,各项数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药药剂师对处方进行审核,并对患者进行用药指导,可有效的改善患者满意度,降低患者药物使用费用,提升中药处方使用合理率。Objective To explore the role of pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine in rational use of traditional Chinese medicine in hospitals.Methods 106 patients were randomly selected from April 2017 to April 2018.Two groups of patients were divided into control group and observation group by digital grouping method.Patients in the control group received routine drug management,while the observation group patients accepted the management of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacists.The pharmaceutical satisfaction,drug costs and rational use of prescriptions of the two groups were compared under different intervention methods.Results The cost of drug use in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The satisfaction of pharmacy and the rational rate of prescription use of traditional Chinese medicine in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Checking prescriptions by pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine and giving guidance to patients can effectively improve patients'satisfaction,reduce the cost of drug use,and improve the rational use rate of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.
