摘　　要：建立高职院校基层党支部是高校党建的重要组成部分,发挥其先锋模范作用、增强高职院校基层党组织战斗力和凝聚力,是解决当前大学生党支部弱化、边缘化等问题的关键方法。因此多样化的组织生活,具体化的教育内容和现代化的管理手段是基层党建创建品牌和发展的关键途径。It is a very important part of the Party building in colleges and universities to build the grass-root Party branch in high vocational colleges.Giving full play to its vanguard and exemplary role and strengthening the combat effectiveness and cohesion of grass-roots Party organizations in high vocational colleges,is a key role to deal with the problems of the weakening and marginalization of the Party branches of college students.So the various regular activities of the Party organizations,specific teaching contents and modern ladder of management are the key routes to create the brands and development of the grass-root Party branch.
