摘  要:随着我国高速公路的快速发展,高速公路通行量也逐渐增加,同时,高速公路收费站拥堵问题逐渐加剧。为解决该问题,文章采用电子车牌、ETC多种移动支付相结合的方式,构建同时实现ETC车道和MTC车道的不停车收费系统。该系统解决了MTC车道通行效率低和MTC车道与ETC车道利用率不均衡的问题,有效解决了收费站拥堵问题。With the rapid development of expressway in our country,the traffic volume of expressway is increasing gradually.At the same time,the congestion problem of toll station on expressway is aggravating gradually.To solve this problem,this paper combines various mobile payment methods,such as electronic license plate and ETC,to build a non-parking charging system that realizes ETC lane and MTC lane at the same time.The system solves the problem of low efficiency of MTC lane and unbalanced utilization ratio between MTC lane and ETC lane,and effectively solves the problem of congestion at toll stations.
