摘　　要：称重贴标在工业产品生产过程中应用广泛,但市场的现有设备通用性不强,故需要针对工业生产环境进行专门设计。根据实际应用环境,基于传送带和待贴标物体类型进行了专门设计,并配备操作界面方便修改信息,对于类似应用环境可以节省称重的占地空间和解决非平面贴标的困难。在实际生产应用中,系统稳定性良好,并且能很好完成称重贴标流程。Weighing labeling is widely used in the production process of industrial products,but the existing equipment in the market is not very versatile,so it is necessary to design specifically for the industrial production environment. According to the actual application environment,the system is specially designed based on the conveyor belt and the type of object to be labeled,and equipped with an operation interface to easily modify the information. For similar application environments,it can save the weighing space and solve the problem of non-planar labeling. In practical applications,the system is stable and can complete the weighing and labeling process very well.
