摘 要:互联网技术融入"马工程"核心法学教材的尝试符合国家对创新法治人才培养目标的发展需求,满足了传统法学教材内在改革的需求,同时也对传统法学教材编写团队、教材编写主体义务、教材编写合同及相关的激励机制提出挑战。为了使互联网融入法学教材的优势得以充分发挥:法学教材的编写主体不仅需要具有把控专业前沿动态的能力、丰富的教学经验,而且需要具有教育信息化运用能力和组织协调能力;出版社一方面培育网络数据编辑,以保证互联网拓展内容与纸质教材相关知识点的正向关联性和无知识产权争议性,另一方面优化改良版税的计算方式,以体现对相关编写主体付出的正向评价;高校内外部教材考核激励机制需要重新修订,促使优质的高校教师团队主动参与互联网融入教材的编写工作之中,有利于"互联网+"教材体系的发展,进而实现法治创新人才的培养。The attempt to integrate Internet technology into key teaching materials for law majors confirm with the country's development needs for the goal of innovative rule-of-law talent.It meets the inherent needs for the reform of traditional law textbooks,and it also brings challenges to traditional law textbook compiling teams,the subject obligations of the compiling teams,contracts for textbook writing and related incentive mechanisms.In order to make the advantages of integrating the Internet technology into legal textbooks to its fully play,the main body of the teaching materials must not only have the ability to control the frontier dynamics of the legal profession,but also have rich teaching experience.At the same time,it needs the ability to use educational information and the ability to organize and coordinate educational information technology.On the one hand,the publishing institutions should cultivate editors who can do well in network data digging to ensure the positive correlation between the expansion content from the Internet and the relevant knowledge points of written teaching materials and the avoidance of intellectual property controversy.On the other hand,publishers should optimize the calculation of the royalty to reflect the positive evaluation of the relevant writing teams.The evaluation mechanism of oncampus and off-campus textbooks writing and compiling needs to be revised,so that high-quality university teams can actively participate in the work of Internet-integrated teaching materials.All the measures are conducive to the development of the"Internet+”textbook system,and the cultivation of innovative rule?of?law talent.
