论“互联网+”背景下法科学生案例检索能力的习得

摘　　要：在大数据和人工智能技术迅猛发展的当下,审判机关研发类案检索及研判系统期待更好地实现司法的统一性和权威性,法律工作者则通过案例检索获得办案参考、预测裁判结果及客户行为预警。但目前法学院对学生在"互联网+"时代应具备的案件检索执业技能尚未给予足够关注,这是开展法律研究、进行全学程实训、提升自主学习能力的基础。案例报告制度着力培训法科学生检索技能,并结合课堂教学提升学生对已决相关案例"找得到、读得懂、写得明、讲得清"的综合能力,实现校内学习和未来执业的无缝接轨。With the rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence technology,the trial and research system of the research and development of case retrieval in judicial organs is expected to better realize the unity and authority of the judiciary.The legal professionals can obtain case reference,predict the judgment results and provide customers legal advices through case retrieval.However,at present,domestic law schools has not paid enough attention to the students' case retrieval practice skills in the"Internet+"era.This is the basis for carrying out legal research,conducting course training throughout the whole process,and improving the ability of independent learning.The case report system focuses on training the retrieval skills of law major students,and combines classroom teaching to enhance students' comprehensive ability to"find,understand,write and understand" relevant cases,and achieve seamless connection between on-campus learning and future practice of law.
