摘 要:在全面依法治国时代背景下,法治建设对未来法律工作者的理论素养和职业技能都提出了更高要求。法学研究生作为国家法治建设的后备人才,从理论知识储备向实践转化的能力严重欠缺,因而各大高校设置法学研究生双导师培养模式以适应法学实践教育之所需。然而在教学过程中,由于缺少常态化监管和激励机制,存在主体间性不充分、培养目标不契合、教学评估不客观等问题,严重减损法学研究生双导师制度的功能发挥。与此相对应,应从强化校内外导师链接力、完善遴选和激励机制、注重实践教学开展、健全多元评估体系等方面予以制度构建,从而使校内外导师对研究生培养模式的现有路径予以现实优化。Under the background of the comprehensive development of rule of law,the construction of the rule of law has put forward higher requirements for the theoretical literacy and professional skills of future legal talent.As the future majority for the rule-of-law construction in the country,law school graduates'ability to transform from theoretical knowledge to practice is seriously lacking.Therefore,each university and college has set up a double supervisor training model for law school graduates to meet the needs of legal practice education.However,in the process of teaching,due to the lack of normalized supervision and incentive mechanism,there are problems such as insufficient inter-subjectivity,incompatible training objectives,and subjective teaching evaluation,which seriously detract from the function of the double supervisor system of law school graduates.The authors believe that the system should be constructed from the perspective of strengthening the link between the on-campus and off-campus supervisors,improving the selection and incentive mechanism,focusing on the implementation of practical teaching,and improving the multi-evaluation system,so that both on-campus and off-campus supervisors can optimize the existing cultivation model for aw school graduates.
