摘 要:基于现阶段汽车悬架领域、阻尼领域试验器械功能不完备的现状,设计了一种可进行阻尼试验的双横梁汽车悬架振动试验系统,并介绍了其整体结构,建立了1/4汽车悬架的模型,分析了半主动悬架研发及性能测试、典型阻尼器动力学性能标定的原理。该试验系统具有体积小、控制精度高、功能丰富并成本低廉的特点,能够简化主动、半主动悬架研发的过程,缩短研发周期,满足大部分汽车悬架试验、阻尼试验的试验需求。Based on the present situation of incomplete function of test instruments in the field of automobile suspension and damping field,a double beam automobile suspension vibration test system for damping test is designed and its overall structure is introduced.The model of 1/4 automobile suspension was established.The principle of semi-active suspension R&D,performance test and typical damper dynamic performance calibration was analyzed.It had the characteristics of small volume,high control precision,rich function and low cost.It can simplify the development process of active and semi-active suspensions,shorten the R&D cycle,and meet the test needs of most automobile suspension tests and damping tests.
