摘 要:针对工业现场的实测液压泵故障信号易受强背景噪声污染的问题,利用一种自适应多尺度形态差值滤波(Adaptive Multi-scale Morphological Difference Filter,AMMDF)的方法。该方法把信号故障特征频率处的能量和低频段总能量的比值作为评价各个尺度滤波效果的指标,并以此作为权值来对经过各个尺度形态变换后的信号根据滤波效果进行加权融合,从而实现自适应滤波。通过对仿真信号和液压泵实测故障振动信号的实验验证,表明AMMDF较单尺度的形态闭算子有更好的滤波能力,它既具有信号细节保留能力又有较强的抑噪能力,为液压泵故障诊断提供了一种有效的工具。Aiming at the problem of the hydraulic pump measured signals of industrial field are polluted easily by the intense background noise,a novel method of adaptive multi-scale morphological difference filter(AMMDF)is proposed.The ratios of the energy in fault characteristic frequencies to the total energy in all frequencies were adopted as indexes to evaluate the filter effect.The weights were computed based on the indexes,which were adopted for the weighted summation of multi-scale analyzed results according to filter effect.The simulation signal and fault signal of the hydraulic pump were tested and verified.The result demonstrates that the proposed method compared with closing operator has better performance on filter capacity.Moreover,it can not only keep the details of signals but also depress the noise effectively,and it is a valid tool for fault diagnosis of hydraulic pump.
