摘 要:以肺细胞A549为模型,研究樟树叶精油对PM2.5所致细胞损伤的拮抗活性。研究结果显示:樟树叶精油1.0 mg/mL以内对A549细胞增殖无影响,0.05~1.00 mg/mL樟树叶精油对PM2.5所致的细胞毒性作用有显著拮抗作用(P<0.05);樟树叶精油可显著降低染毒细胞中丙二醛(MDA)含量,增加超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和总抗氧化物质(T-AOC)含量(P<0.05),表明樟树叶精油可通过抗氧化应激拮抗PM2.5致细胞毒性;樟树叶精油可显著降低染毒细胞中炎性因子TNF-α、IL-6的含量(P<0.05),表明樟树叶精油可通过抑制炎症反应拮抗PM2.5致细胞毒性。In this paper,the lung cell A549 was used as a model.The protective effect of camphor(C.camphora)leaf essential oil on the A549 exposed to PM2.5 was investigated.Less than 1 mg/mL of essential oil had no effect on A549 cell proliferation,and low concentration had a certain promotion effect.0.05~1.00 mg/mL essential oil had a significant antagonistic effect on cytotoxicity induced by PM2.5(P<0.05).The essential oilsignificantly reduced the content of MDA in the infected cells and increased the activity of SOD and CAT and the content of T-AOC(P<0.05),indicating that the camphor leaf essential oil could antagonize the cytotoxicity of PM2.5 through antioxidant stress.The camphora leaf essential oilsignificantly reduced the content of TNF-αand IL-6 in the infected cells(P<0.05),indicating that the camphor leaf essential oil could antagonize the cytotoxicity of PM2.5 by inhibiting the inflammatory reaction.
