摘 要:基于图像识别的原理和方法,采用扫描电子显微镜获取了三种Ni-SiC复合镀层的SEM图像。对图像进行预处理后,提取了微粒的特征参数,并得到了微粒位置及数量的效果图。在此基础上,对三种Ni-SiC复合镀层中微粒分布情况进行了评价。通过测试证实:图像识别方法识别复合镀层中微粒的准确度较高,提出的微粒分布评价系数可以用来反映复合镀层中微粒的分布情况。Based on the principle and method of image recognition,the SEM images of three Ni-SiC composite coatings were acquired by scanning electron microscope.After image preprocessing,the characteristic parameters of particles were extracted and the effect picture of the position and number of particles was obtained.On this basis,the distribution of particles in these three Ni-SiC composite coatings was evaluated.It was proved that the image recognition method has a high accuracy in recognising particles in composite coatings,and the proposed particle distribution evaluation coefficient can be used to reflect the distribution of particles in composite coatings.
