摘　　要：在“互联网+”思维下,“互联网+档案”新业态的发展呈现出新特点。内部结构扁平化、团队组成灵活化、信息服务主动化、工作手段智能化,推动了档案工作业务流程重组。大档案观突破档案数据资源的传统范畴,强调档案数据资源的有效整合,促进档案数据资源的开放共享,拓展档案业务范围。思维跨界转换档案视角,研究跨界拓展档案认知,服务跨界激活档案效能,宣传跨界升华档案魅力。认清以上新特点,有利于寻找“互联网+档案”新业态的新引擎。Under the“Internet+”thinking,the development of the new format of“Internet+Archives”presents new features.The internal structure is flat,the team composition is flexible,the information ser?vice is active,and the working methods are intelli?gent to promote the reorganization of the archival work business process.The large archives view breaks through the traditional scope of archival data resources,emphasizes the effective integration of archival data resources,promotes the open sharing of archival data resources,and expands the scope of ar?chival business.The thinking cross-border transforms the archives perspective,studies cross-border development of file cognition,service cross-border activation of file performance,and promotes the charm of cross-border sublimation archives.Recog?nizing the above new features is conducive to finding a new engine for the new format of“Internet+Ar?chives”.
