摘　　要：我国的矿业在经济市场中占据着重要的地位,同时积极采用海外并购的方式,增强矿企的综合实力。在这一前提下,本文将阐述当前我国矿企海外并购的概况,分析实行海外并购方案对人力资源整合的影响。最后,本文从不同的角度入手,探究矿企在海外并购过程中,人力资源整合的战略,以期为相关人员提供参考。China's mining industry occupies an important position in the economic market.At the same time,it actively adopts overseas mergers and acquisitions to enhance the comprehensive strength of mining enterprises.Under this premise,this paper will explain the current situation of China's mining enterprises overseas mergers and acquisitions,and analyze the impact of the implementation of overseas mergers and acquisitions program on human resources integration.Finally,this paper starts from different angles and explores the strategy of mining enterprises in the process of overseas mergers and acquisitions,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
