猪圆环病毒2型与猪细小病毒混合感染对仔猪致病性的研究

摘　　要：对35日龄健康仔猪进行人工单独或混合感染猪细小病毒(PPV)和猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2),采用临床症状、组织病理学变化和血清学检测等手段,比较了不同实验组攻毒后仔猪的症状差异。实验结果显示:PPV和PCV2混合感染能够引起更加严重的断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征(PMWS)症状,并加重PCV2引起的间质性肺炎和仔猪消瘦的严重程度;混合感染后,仔猪病毒血症出现更早,持续时间更长,且病毒含量明显高于单独感染组;混合感染组仔猪的PCV2 ELISA抗体水平和血清抗体水平均显著高于PCV2单独感染组的。说明PPV能够明显增强PCV2的临床症状,加重PMWS的发病程度。The healthy piglets at 35 days of age were selected in the single infection or co-infection group with Porcine Circovirus Type 2(PCV2)and Porcine Parvovirus(PPV).The differences of symptoms in different groups of piglets were analyzed by clinical symptom,pathologic changes and serology.The results showed that the co-infection with PPV and PCV2 increased the severity of symptom of PMWS in piglets and induced the necrotizing hepatitis,interstitial pneumonia,thinning and slow growth.The results of viremia also showed that viremia appeared earlier,lasted longer and the viral load was significantly higher in co-infection group than that in the single infection group.The PCV2 ELISA and serum antibody levels of piglets in the co-infection group were significantly higher than those in the PCV2 single infection group.PPV could increase the clinical symptom of PCV2 significantly and aggravate the incidence of PMWS.
