数字化技术在下颌骨骨牵引后所致牙颌畸形行正颌术前设计中的应用

摘  要:目的:引入数字化技术对下颌骨骨牵引后所致牙颌畸形正颌外科术前设计过程进行改良,以期达到更好的术后效果。方法:术前患者行头颅CT扫描,获得数据后,导入Surgicase软件进行三维重建分析,通过精准的术前测量、术前模拟手术后,制定手术方案,实施正颌外科手术。结果:通过对患者进行精准的术前测量、设计后,患者手术取得了良好效果,外观的美学改变及咬合关系的恢复都得到了患者的肯定。结论:利用数字化技术对骨牵引后需行正颌外科手术的半侧颜面短小患者进行精准的术前设计及手术模拟,可以使手术更为准确、有效地进行。Objective Digital technology was introduced to improve the preoperative design process of orthognathic surgery after distraction osteogenesis in order to achieve a better postoperative result.Methods Preoperative craniofacial CT scan was performed on the patient,and the data were imported into the Surgicase software for three-dimensional reconstruction analysis.After precise preoperative measurement and preoperative simulation,the surgical plan was formulated and orthognathic surgery was performed.Results After accurate preoperative measurement and design for the patients,the patient was satisfied with the aesthetic changes in appearance and the restoration of occlusal relationship.Conclusion Good esthetic and occlusal outcomes were obtained for the patient after orthognathic surgery and orthodontic treatment with a shorter overall treatment time.
