摘　　要：目的:评价IPS e.max超薄瓷贴面应用于前牙美容修复的临床效果。方法:选择前牙行IPS e.max超薄瓷贴面修复患者47例,共118颗修复体。参考改良型美国公共健康服务标准,分别于修复后1个月、6个月以及12个月对修复体边缘适合性、完整性、修复体折裂/脱落、颜色匹配、牙龈健康情况以及术后敏感进行评估,并于修复后1个月进行满意度调查。结果:118颗修复体边缘适合性、颜色匹配以及牙龈健康情况达A级分别为97.5%、94.9%和98.3%,术后患者满意度高达95.0%以上。未发现修复体折裂破损、松动脱落。结论:IPS e.max超薄瓷贴面应用于前牙美容修复可以取得满意的临床修复效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of IPS e.max ultra-thin porcelain veneer for anterior teeth cosmetic restoration.Methods One hundred and eighteen anterior teeth were restored with IPS e.max ultra-thin porcelain veneers and followed up at 1,6,and 12months after restoration,respectively.The restorations were assessed using modi fied USPHS criteria including marginal fit,integrity of veneer,restoration fracture/debond,color matching,gingivitis and tooth hypersensitivity.Results Of all the 118 ultra-thin porcelain veneers,the A class ratio of marginal fit,color matching and gingivitis were 97.5%,94.9%and 98.3%respectively.The patients satisfaction rate was over 95%.No restoration fracture or debond was found.Conclusion IPS e.max ultra-thin porcelain veneer was an ideal method for cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth.
