摘 要:目的综述人工神经网络在构建华法林剂量模型中的应用进展。方法查阅国内外相关文献。结果华法林的人工神经网络剂量模型研究虽取得了一定进展,但离临床推广和应用还有较大距离。结论今后应构建更多有价值的华法林人工神经网络用药预测模型。Objective To review the application progress of artificial neural network(ANN)in the establishment of warfarin dose model.Methods The research on the application of ANN in the establishment of warfarin dose model was summarized by reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad.Results There has some progress in the establishment of warfarin dose model with ANN,but it is still far away from being used in clinical practice.Conclusion More valuable and predictive warfarin dose model with ANN should be established in the future.
