摘  要:基于革兰氏染色法及其机理的教学案例开展教学工作,介绍如何在微生物学教学中培养大学生科学探究能力;通过讲授革兰氏染色法的发现和证明其染色机理的科学探究过程,帮助学生建立科学思维的意识,让学生在巩固理论知识的同时,培养了学生科研创新思维能力。Based on the teaching cases of Gram staining and its mechanism,this paper presents one teaching cases in which the author describes how cultivate the students with scientific inquiry ability of college students when teaching microbiological knowledge.During microbiology instruction the author pays his attention to describe the scientific inquiry process of the Gram staining and its staining mechanism to help students establish a sense of scientific thinking.The author also uses Gram staining as teaching examples to students in his instruction,and let students consolidate theoretical knowledge,at the same time,and cultivate students′scientific research and innovative thinking ability.
