摘　　要：近年来,在养殖效益不高和生态环境约束趋紧的双重作用下,中国奶牛养殖行业发展缓慢。而乳制品消费却持续增长,导致中国乳品进口快速增加。从主要进出口乳品的种类、主要进口来源国和出口目的地、乳品贸易走向等方面来看,2019年上半年中国乳品进口增长快于出口增长,贸易逆差不断扩大。综合考虑国内生产发展、消费增长和国际贸易等因素的影响,预计2019年下半年中国乳品进口仍将保持增长态势,出口稳中有增。In recent years,with the dual effects of low farming efficiency and tightening ecological environment constraints,the development of dairy farming industry in China is slow.However,the consumption of dairy products continues to grow,leading to a sustained increase in China's dairy imports.For the varieties of main import and export dairy products,major importers and export destinations,trade trends of dairy,China's dairy imports increase was faster than exports,and the trade deficit continued to expand in the first half of 2019.Based on the comprehensive consideration of factors such as domestic production development,consumption growth and international trade,the imports of China's dairy products will grow continuously in the second half of 2019,and exports will increase steadily.
