摘 要:本文采用CFD方法对某中等流量系数离心压缩机模型级转子气动力进行了研究,通过进气蜗室与离心压缩机模型级的全通道连算,对比分析了不同运行工况下进气蜗室出口气流不均匀性对转子径向力和轴向推力的影响。结果表明:与轴向均匀进气相比,设计工况下进气蜗室出口气流的不均匀性使得转子产生了明显的径向气动力,但对轴向推力的影响并不明显。采用冻结转子交界面进行定常计算时,叶轮不同相位角下计算得到的径向力和轴向推力均变化不大。非设计工况下,转子径向力略有增大,且力的方向发生变化。另外,本文通过在叶轮进口设置导叶,在保证模型级性能的基础上,可以提高叶轮进口气流的均匀性,从而大幅度降低转子径向气动力,但进口导叶并不会对轴向推力产生明显影响。Numerical simulations for a centrifugal compressor model stage with medium flow coefficient are applied in order to investigate aerodynamic forces.By calculating a centrifugal compressor model stage with radial inlet,the influences of uneven flow field on radial force and axial thrust in different conditions are analyzed and compared.It can be found that compared with the axial uniform inlet,radial aerodynamic forces which is caused by radial inlet appears significantly and axial thrust changes little at design point.When the Frozen-Rotor RS interface is used for steady calculations,neither of radial force and axial thrust from different relative positions between the impeller and the inlet volute has obvious changes.Compared with the design point,radial aerodynamic forceincreases slightly and the direction does not keep consistent in off-design conditions.In addition,a set of inlet guide vane is designed in order to improve the level of inlet condition in the model stage,thus the radial force is greatly reduced.However,the IGV has no great impact on axial thrust.
