摘　　要：由于反社会人格障碍(ASPD)属于人格障碍中的一种,它对社会影响是相对较严重的类型,患者们会经常发生一些违纪行为。主要特征包括:绝大多数患者会在无任何计划和预谋的情况下去实施犯罪行为,会因为受到本我或个人情感的控制,一时冲动而触犯法律,故此,其动机有一定程度是不明确的。往往其做案动机显示是单纯的,结果导致害人害己。他们在心理健康的各方面,都带有相当多负面情感,也会出现持续地对社会和生活的适应性障碍。主要探讨目前反社会人格障碍的诊断标准、发病因素、临床表现、治疗方式、预防方法并进行案例分析,并从中整合当今各文献研究结论,最后进一步探索与学习反社会人格障碍。Antisocial personality disorder is one of the personality disorders.Its impact on society is a relatively serious type.Patients often have some disciplinary behaviors.The main features include that most patients will commit crimes without any plans and premeditated actions;they will be in violation of the law because of their own or personal emotions,so the motivation is not to a certain extent.The motives of their crimes are simple,and the result is harming others;they have considerable negative emotions and heavy blows in all aspects of mental health,and they also appear to continue to society and life.Adaptive barriers.This article mainly discusses the current diagnostic criteria,pathogenesis factors,clinical manifestations,treatment methods,prevention methods and case analysis of antisocial personality disorder,and integrates the conclusions of current literature research to further explore and learn.
