摘  要:针对传统双筒式电/磁流变减振器底阀堵塞问题,设计了一种单程阀,取代原有压缩阀.该阀安装在活塞杆导向座上,在压缩行程时开启,使工作缸上腔的浮油到达补偿腔;在拉伸行程时关闭以获得较高阻尼,同时浮油经底阀进入工作缸下腔,与沉降颗粒重新混合.试验结果表明,通过该阀可利用车辆振动能量使电/磁流变液单向循环流动,达到动态混合均匀、消除沉降影响的目的.To avoid jamming by ER/MR settled particles,the compression valve of the bottom valve is located in the piston rod guide and becomes alone-stage valve.In compression stage,the fluid displaced by the piston rod flows into the supply chamber through the one-stage valve.In rebound stage,the valve is closed and the fluid needed in the working chamber flows from the supply chamber through the bottom valve and re-disperse quickly settled particles.Experiment comparisons are performed between the new shock absorber and the standard type.The test results indicate that complete suspension stability is feasible and the innovative MR damper is a very efficient mixing device.
