奇数槽丝锥螺纹单一中径的计量方法研究

摘　　要：奇数槽丝锥螺纹单一中径的测量是实际测量工作中经常遇到的技术难题,经过实践,用万能工具显微镜附件圆弧目镜中的标准圆弧刻线,把测量螺纹中径的三针法测量原理和万能工具显微镜影像法进行结合,实现了对公制普通螺纹奇数槽丝锥螺纹单一中径的测量(简称圆弧目镜法).研究结果表明,用圆弧目镜法测量丝锥螺纹单一中径得到的实测值接近被测丝锥螺纹中径的实际值.该方法具有装夹定位方便、测量环节少、测量过程简便、无需多次换算且测量误差小的优点,是一个实用、简便和可靠的公制普通螺纹奇数槽丝锥螺纹单一中径的测量方法.适用于单件及批量测量.Measuring single screw-thread pitch diameter of odd fluted tap is a technological difficult problem in practical measurement.In this paper,metering principle of three measuring needle method is combined with imaging method of universal measuring microscope,and measurement of single screw-thread pitch diameter of metric odd fluted tap is achieved,by making use of circular arch marking in arc eyepiece which is an accessory of universal measuring microscope.Herein,this method is called arch eyepiece method for short.The result of the study shows that the measured valve obtained in measurement using arch eyepiece method is approximate to real valve of pitch diameter of measured tap.The method has advantages in the aspects,such as easy to fix and locate,with reduced measuring steps,simple measuring process,requiring few conversions,and producing less measuring error.Therefore it is a practical,simple and reliable measuring method of single screw-thread pitch diameter of metric odd fluted tap.The measuring method is applicable to single piece and batch measuring operation.
