摘  要:通过对粉末渗锌以及锌铝共渗两种类似的表面工艺进行对比试验,结果表明:渗锌温度最低可降至(350±10)℃,而锌铝共渗温度最低为(410±10)℃,保温时间120~150 min;渗层保持在25~30μm时锌铝共渗较渗锌的耐盐雾性能好;封闭层对渗锌层有很好的保护作用,大大提高渗锌耐腐蚀性能.By comparing two similar surface treatments technologies of powder zinc penetration and zinc aluminizing,the results show that the lowest penetration front can be reduced to 350±10℃,while the lowest aluminizing additive is 410±10℃.The properties of zinc aluminizing alloy without additions can be maintained at a holding time of 120~150 min.When the penetration layer is kept at 25~30μm,the salt fog resistance of zinc aluminizing is better than that of powder zinc penetration.The sealing layer has a good protective effect on the zinc layer and greatly improves the corrosion resistance.
