摘 要:以赛促学,以赛促教,将技能大赛中体现的专业技能、职业素养融入课程体系,以满足岗位需求、体现核心竞争力。文章从技能大赛为入手点,以汽修专业实训教学为例,从教师专业技能提升、实训课程改革、教学方法革新等方面分析探讨了技能大赛对职业标准、技能考核融入课程教学体系的推动作用。Sill competitions can not only promote learning and teaching,but also integrate professional skills and qualities reflected in competitions into the curriculum system,so that the students,with certain competitiveness,can be better prepared to meet the needs of their future work.Starting from skill competition,taking practical teaching of automobile repair major as an example,this paper analyzed the promoting effect of skill competitions on integrating vocational standards,and skill assessment into the course teaching system,from the aspects of teachers’professional development,practical training course reform and teaching method innovation.
