基于古代文献的防治眼病中医导引概述

摘　　要：通过对防治眼病的中医导引文献进行梳理,发现古代文献中记载了大量的防治眼病的中医导引,具体可分为散式导引、套路式导引、四时相关导引、按摩相关导引,部分导引体现了中医辨证论治、天人相应的特点。可进一步整理挖掘还原经典的防治眼病的中医导引,满足广大群众对于防治眼病的保健需求。Through combing the literature about TCM guiding therapy for prevention and treatment of eye diseases,it was found that a large amount of literature about TCM guiding therapy for prevention and treatment of eye diseases was recorded in ancient literature,which could be divided into scattered guidance,routine guidance,four-season related guidance,and massage related guidance.Part of the guidance reflected the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment and the correspondence of nature and man of TCM.TCM guiding therapy can be further organized,excavated and restored for preventing and treating eye diseases,and meet the needs of the public for the health care of preventing and treating eye diseases.
