摘 要:常见的铝基复合材料铸锭的主要制备方法有熔铸法和喷射沉积法,本研究通过工艺试验,分别完成了2024/SiCp铝基复合材料熔铸法和喷射沉积法的铸锭制备,并通过变形加工制备出2024/SiCp铝基复合材料薄板,并对薄板的力学性能进行了初步的分析研究。结果表明:通过熔铸法和喷射沉积法制备SiCp颗粒增强铝合金复合材料在工艺上都是可行的,能够制备出外观质量良好的板材。在实验室制备工艺尚不稳定的条件下,初步试制出的2024/SiCp颗粒增强铝基复合材料拥有不低于2024铝合金材料的基础力学性能,而在弹性模量等方面则具有更明显的优势,而其密度与常规2024合金基本一致,在航空领域中具有较好的应用前景。Common Aluminium-based composites can be prepared by casting or injection deposition,in this study,2024/SiCp Aluminium-based composite ingots were prepared both by casting and injection deposition.Deformation process was used to prepare 2024/SiCp Aluminium-based composite sheets,the mechanical properties of which was preliminarily studied.The results showed that,it was feasible to prepare Si/Cp particle reinforced Aluminium-based composite both by casting and injection deposition,sheets with good appearance was obtained.Even though the low consistancy of the preparation process,the laboratory made SiCp particle reinforced Aluminium-based composite showed primary mechanical properties higher or equal to 2024 Aluminium alloy,and obvious advantage in elastic modulus compared with 2024 Aluminium alloy.The density of 2024/SiCp Aluminium-based composite was similar to common 2024 Aluminium alloy,which gave it good application prospects in aviation.
