摘　　要：本文基于WC-Co类硬质合金典型的生产工艺过程,设计了《硬质合金生产原理》教学目标,将教学内容设计为原辅材料的准备、混合料的生产、压制成型、压坯烧结、硬质合金性能检测等5个项目以及与项目化教学设计相匹配的考核方案。教学实践表明:项目化教学有助于将本专业学生培养成硬质合金企业的“准员工”,实施有差异的项目化教学是未来改进的方向。Based on the typical production process of WC-Co cemented carbide,this paper designs the teaching objective of“Principles of Cemented Carbide Production”.The teaching content is designed as five items such as preparation of raw and auxiliary materials,production of mixtures,compaction forming,compact sintering,performance testing of cemented carbide and matching assessment scheme with project-based teaching design.Teaching practice shows that projectbased teaching is helpful to train students to be“prospective employees”in cemented carbide enterprises.Implementing differentiated Project-based Teaching is the direction of future improvement.
