摘 要:针对铁磁材料应力至今仍难以有效检测的问题,提出采用磁各向异性方法对铁磁材料应力进行检测。基于磁各向异性方法的检测原理,研制3种不同结构类型的锰锌铁氧体检测探头,搭建由励磁系统、信号采集系统、信号处理系统组成的磁各向异性检测系统,并在不同应力、频率与激励电压下对不同形状试件进行检测试验。结果表明,探头对于试件处于不同应力、激励频率与不同激励电压下均具有很好的检测效果,3种类型探头之间具有不同的检测现象和特征。In view of the problem that ferromagnetic material stress is still difficult to detect effectively,the magnetic anisotropy method was applied to detect the stress of ferromagnetic materials.Based on the detection principle of magnetic anisotropy method,different types of manganese-zinc ferrite detection probes were developed,and a magnetic anisotropy detection system consisting of excitation system,signal detection system and signal processing system was constructed.Tests were carried out on different shapes of test pieces under different stresses,frequencies and excitation voltage.The results show that the probe has good detection effect on the specimen under different stress,excitation frequency and different excitation voltages.Different types of probes have different detection phenomena and characteristics.
